Rules Governing Your Rainbet Account, Balance, Bonuses and Bets
These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between you and RBGAMING N.V. for access to Rainbet. They govern registration, casino games, sports betting, Originals, payments, promotions, rewards, verification, responsible gambling tools and support. Read them before creating an account or depositing.

1. Definitions
Account means the personal Rainbet record used to access our services. Balance includes real-money, promotional and withdrawable funds as separately displayed. Bonus Funds means promotional value governed by additional conditions. Games include casino, live dealer and Originals. Bet includes a casino wager or sportsbook selection. KYC means identity, age, address, payment ownership and related verification. Payment Method includes bank, card, wallet, crypto asset or payment-provider route.
2. Acceptance and operator
Rainbet is a brand of RBGAMING N.V., Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. By registering, depositing, placing a bet or using the site, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and any product or promotion rules incorporated into them.
3. Eligibility and legal age
You must meet the legal gambling age and be legally permitted to gamble where you are located. You are responsible for understanding local law. We may request age, identity, residence and location evidence and may restrict the account while checks are completed.
4. Registration and account ownership
You may hold one account and must provide accurate, current personal information. The account cannot be sold, transferred, shared or operated for another person. Keep your password, linked email and authentication methods secure. Tell support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may reject, merge, restrict or close duplicate accounts. Bonus balances, winnings or transactions linked to duplicate, false or third-party accounts may be reviewed and adjusted.
5. Verification and source of funds
We may request government photo ID, proof of address, selfie or liveness check, payment ownership, wallet ownership, source of funds and source of wealth. Documents must be valid, readable and unaltered. Enhanced checks may apply to high transaction volume, unusual activity, security alerts or legal requirements.
Payments, withdrawals or account functions may remain pending while verification is completed. Providing false, altered or misleading evidence is prohibited.
6. Deposits and account balances
Use only payment methods you own or are authorised to control. The cashier shows accepted methods, assets, networks, limits and any applicable charge. A crypto transfer must use the exact asset and network displayed for the generated address. We are not responsible for a transfer sent to an incorrect address or unsupported network.
Deposits are credited after confirmation by the payment partner or blockchain. Failed, reversed, charged-back or fraudulent deposits can be removed from the balance together with related gains.
7. Withdrawals
Submit a withdrawal through the cashier and confirm the destination carefully. We may apply method matching, return funds to the original source, request KYC or source-of-funds evidence, review bonus status and inspect account security before approval.
Minimums, maximums and processing conditions appear in the cashier. A withdrawal can be returned for incorrect details, unsupported destination, incomplete verification, active promotional restrictions, payment reversal, fraud risk or breach of these Terms.
8. Promotions and bonus funds
Each promotion has separate activation, deposit, wagering, game, expiry and maximum-bet conditions. The live promotion page forms part of these Terms.
For the Wager Lock welcome route:
- the qualifying range is US$30–700 equivalent;
- the package is released across three deposits;
- promotional funds and qualifying free-spin winnings use 40x wagering;
- the maximum bet is 2% of the qualifying deposit;
- Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City and games above 97.4% RTP are excluded;
- free spins are attached to named Pragmatic Play titles;
- the offer must be selected before qualifying play.
Bonus abuse includes duplicate claims, coordinated accounts, low-risk wagering designed to extract promotional value, prohibited game use, excessive hedging, payment reversal or manipulation of eligibility. We may cancel a promotion, remove Bonus Funds, adjust associated winnings or close an account after review.
9. Rewards, ranks and VIP
Rakeback, Daily, Weekly, Pre-Monthly, Monthly, Daily Reload and Rank-Up rewards depend on eligible activity, account status and reward calculations. Claim windows operate on UTC, and unclaimed rewards can expire at the next reset. Boosts do not stack unless the reward page expressly states otherwise.
Dedicated VIP host eligibility begins after US$2,500,000 in lifetime wagering and an account review. VIP status does not remove verification, security, payment or responsible gambling requirements.
10. Casino games and Originals
The rules and paytable displayed in a game govern its operation. RTP is a long-run mathematical value and does not predict a session. A round is complete when the game or transaction record shows a final result.
Rainbet Originals can use a client seed, hashed server seed and nonce. The verifier is provided to reproduce eligible results after seed disclosure. It does not alter the house edge or guarantee a winning outcome.
11. Sports betting rules
A sportsbook bet is accepted only when it appears in your bet history with a confirmed stake and odds. Prices can change before acceptance, especially in play. Event, market, settlement and dead-heat rules apply to each bet.
We may void or resettle a bet for an obvious pricing error, incorrect participant, wrong event data, technical duplicate, abandoned market or official result correction. Our transaction record and recognised data sources are used for settlement review.
12. Interrupted play, errors and malfunctions
If a game, market or payment is interrupted, our server and transaction records determine whether a wager was accepted and how it settled. A visible balance, odds or payout error does not create a right to incorrectly credited funds. We may correct records, void affected transactions or restore the accurate balance after investigation.
13. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- create multiple or false accounts;
- use another person’s identity or payment method;
- submit altered documents;
- collude, manipulate markets or coordinate opposite wagers;
- abuse bonuses, chargebacks or payment reversals;
- use bots, scripts, scraping tools or automated play;
- interfere with games, security or site operation;
- launder funds or use Rainbet for non-gambling transfers;
- sell an account or disclose login credentials;
- conceal location or identity to evade a legal or account control.
14. Suspension, restriction and closure
We may suspend, restrict or close an account for security review, verification, prohibited activity, legal duty, responsible gambling protection or breach of these Terms. We may withhold disputed funds while completing a lawful investigation. Valid withdrawable real-money funds are handled according to the outcome and applicable law.
You may request account closure through support. Self-exclusion should be used when the purpose is to stop gambling, because an ordinary closure request does not carry the same protective controls.
15. Dormant accounts
An account can be treated as dormant after an extended period without login or transaction activity. Where permitted, we may contact you, apply a disclosed administration process or retain funds until identity and ownership are confirmed.
16. Limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion
Deposit, loss, wager and session limits, reality checks, cooling-off, self-exclusion, account closure and marketing controls are available. Decreasing a limit can apply promptly; increasing or removing protection may involve a delay. Gambling involves financial risk and winnings are never guaranteed.
17. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Rainbet names, logos, software, interfaces, data, text and graphics are protected by intellectual-property law. You receive a limited personal right to use the service for lawful gambling. Copying, reselling, reverse engineering or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
18. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing, cookies, recipients, retention and rights. Payment partners, game studios, wallet services and linked websites can apply their own terms and privacy policies.
19. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, device failure, internet interruption, external wallet error, network congestion or third-party service failure. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
20. Complaints and disputes
Send a complaint to [email protected] or 24/7 live chat. Include the account username, date, amount, game or event, transaction or bet ID, evidence and requested resolution. We review the account and system records and may request more information before issuing a response.
21. Changes, severability and governing rules
We may update these Terms for product, legal, security or regulatory reasons. The Last Updated date records the revision, and material changes may be communicated through the site, account or email. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. The agreement is governed by the law and licensing framework applicable to RBGAMING N.V., subject to mandatory consumer rights.
